These Terms are governed by the laws of Chiang Mai Province, Thailand without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chiang Mai Province, Thailand for any disputes. Should this jurisdictional limitation ever be found to be unlawful, then the governing laws and jurisdiction shall be that of California, United States.
